Burned Fuses Or Serious?

ok guys i have a 93 DA. ok i just bought the tool thing that checks if the fuses are good or not and lights up when their good (im sorry i dont know what its called :uhoh: ) well i was going through my drivers fuse box and i noticed that fuses 3, 4, 9. 10 were not working and they are all 10a fuses. i took out the fuse and replaced them with new ones and i pointed the fuse check thing and it still dont light up. and then i put the fuse check thing where the fuse is supposed to be and it doesnt light up. so its not the fuse. so what can it be? also the car does not make that sound that indicates that the key is in the ignition or the sound that your seat belt isnt put on or that the lights where left on. i read the other other threads and heard something about the “DOOR PIN” what is that where is it? is it that important? please help! i searched all the threads and i still couldnt figure out the problem. all this electrical stuff is tricky. :werd: plz help

When you open the drivers door, does the dome light come on?
If not remove and clean the door pin switch, lower back of door frame, [lower right when looking into car, drivers side], better yet, replace it.

a defective door pin switch will keep the key still in ign. and lights still on warning chimes from working, but is not the cause of the seat belt warning chime not working, all the above are controlled by the ICU.
Other things to check that are controlled by the ICU, rear window defogger, intermittent front wipers, front side markers.
Do all the above work?

Fuses 3 and 4 are your head lights, low beams.
Fuses 9 and 10 are your high beams.
The above fuses are not “hot” unless head lights are on, low beam for 3 and 4 and high beam for 9 and 10.:whisper: 94
