Burning oil...?

OK, so the problem is my teg is burning oil…bad. It goes through about a quart per tank of gas. The plugs are fouled to shit. My best guess is it’s the valve seals. My compression numbers are as follows (Starting from cyl 1):

Dry
165 165 170 170

Wet
180 170 170 175

So, does my assumption of valve seals sound reasonable, or is there something else I could be missing?

Well since your compression seems decent that means the rings are not shot. And if its not leaking oil then it probably is the seals. There is a small chance the head gasket is bad, but not likely if all the plugs are fouled. My money is on the valve stem seals.
