c.v joints????

balljoints for sure… just by looking at the wear on the outside of the axle will tell you if its new or not… i know for a fact the shop didnt “fix” the cv joint… its near impossible without the right machinery… to check your balljoints grab the lower control arm and try to shake it with your hand… if it move then they are bad… if they down… have someone sit in ur car and turn the wheel while ur under it to diagnose the problem

actually, to check your balljoints, your going to need to jack up your wheel then support your suspension with the wheel off the ground. then you put your hands at 12-6 oclock position and shake the wheel. you’ll feel right away if theres a loose. however if there is a loose it might also be a wheel bearing. so you’ll need to see it and feel it to make sure if its the wheel bearing or one of the balljoints.
