they were powder coated black at some point its starting to chip off a little bit. other than that, all 4 wheels are in almost perfect condition other than just being dirty. no curb rash or anything like that. the lips on all 4 are perfect. definitely a 9/10 condition with these
my location is california because as far as shipping is concerned they will be considered being shipped from california. thats what the rates are rated for and the fact that i am in japan plays no role whatsoever in the matter of these being shipped
