If you look at the round edges where the oem booster goes it goes around the second to last circle not the last one that you see so it does fit because I have my booster off at the moment and I can clearly see where the master cylinder would go. In order for it all to align properly you need to set the ek clutch pedal arm up in there where it aligns with the other pedals like the guy who did it did so when you do that you can use a punch to help you align the two bolt holes so that you can see if it will come out the right angle in the bay. You can clearly see where he has his master in so you can get the idea, all you’ll need to do is measuse the master cylinder bore which is 5/8 I believe but to be sure just draw it or trace it on a piece of card-board and make a flange so that you can get the proper aligment for the master cylinder and drill the holes from inside the car out the bay. Hope that helps, I’ might end up doing this myself and if I do it this is the way I’ll be doing it, there are other ways to go about it but I believe this is the most efficient and effective way IMO but I’m just giving you the idea of what to do but to answer your first question the master cylinder does clear the brake booster in the bay.

Does anyone have pictures of the clutch master cylinder fitment in the engine bay???! I am attempting this swap soon and would love to see how it clears the brake booster. This intrigues me to no end!! Please someone must have some more info on it!!

In case anyone cares to know the non abs booster is smaller than the abs booster. How much smaller I don’t know.

Maybe that is why mine clears because my teg doesn’t have abs and or it never did, so yeah that’s a possibility on what you said. If a non abs is booster is smaller than a abs model then I wouldn’t know, I think if a person went to a junkyard where they had a-lot of da’s which I hardly doubt but if they do have any then that can be a good source for a anyone to find a da with abs and one without and get your measurements from there.
