i have heard 403s will pass at zero. 404… i have a feeling the idle might be too wacked… but i’m just guessing… someone else can try that one.
but it all depends on state to state i think. here in WA, you would probably easily pass… but i’ve never been to 'tucky.
You will definately pass with the 403’s in there. I passed emissions testing with my JG 301’s with flying colors, I was really surprised. They are pretty much the same cam…
I would have to agree with Tony on the 404’s though. They just may be a little too aggresive for emissions.
If you went with the 404’s you could always swap the stock cams back in before emissions testing though.
