Yes, the filter can be clogged. It should be changed roughly every 24000km…or once a year.

Aftermarket crank pulley ques?
ok, i hear even the best aftermarket crank pulleys can still cause long term excessive wear to the crank bearings cuz of balancing and the harmonic balance and all that, well say i got a unorthadox racing crank pulley, a good brand and took it to a machine shop and had it checked and balanced and all that, would it be good as gold then?
Damn, I should probably change my filter. 163k and I dont know if shes been changed once! To the store.

Are you sure it’s neccessary to change it once a year? 24K even seems a little soon also. The dealerships change it at about 72K I believe.

I’m recommending this interval since aftermarket OE filters are not up to par compared to Acura filters. You can stretch it to 48000km if you like.

how do you remove the “duckbill” bolt, i’m not sure if this is the right term, but i heard it. but anyway, there are two bolts holding the fuel lines in place, one is like a 19mm, and the other is in the shape of this:

¯ with the ends rounded, i can’t get any of my wrenches on, and my sockets don’t fit. are there any sockets i can buy for this, or do i just use an adjustable wrench, it’s really tough to get this baby off, thanks for any help
