Can i make my B18a in to a Vtec motor

I have a B18a motor and i am curious to know if anyone out there has done any type of engine mods to their G2. I want to know if it’s worth the time and effort or weather it’s better to just buy a V-Tec motor

Throw on a b16a, b18c1 or b18c5 head on there and you’ve got LS/VTEC.
