cannot find obd1 ecu diagnostics connector.

okay well i can’t find the blue connector that has 2 pins that i need to jump.I have removed the kick panel, and pulled up the carpet, and been searching for it for 2 hours. It really is not anywhere. Now i looked at the ecu, there is no window so i know it is obd 1.But can anyone tell me were that connector comes from,Like if it comes directly from the ecu? and i cannot find this boot that it should be plugged into either.I searched through about 5 different pics online and i cannot find that connector, please help me.I will post pics later of the pass side compartment and maybe someone can help me locate it.thanks

There is usually 3 connectors together. Did you find any of these connectors? Mine were tucked up kinda high but I was able to pull them out. They are on the far right kick panel and all the way to the front of the car.

okay um what color are the wires?
if you look in pic 3, i am holding 3 wires that i found all bunched together, one has 3 wires,2 have 2 wires. Is one of those the connector?
they’re also in pic one.

I believe its the first one that your are holding with the 2 wire connector

k i’ll try and jump that one when i get home, also can anyone tell me what color wires that connector is supposed to have going into it?

okay so i tried to jump every one of those 3 connectors, none of which showed me any codes.i really need to know the color of wires, and where they come from please

I believe it is the connector with the brown wire, though I cant remember for sure… My DA is at my shop so I cant run out and look. But you jump em with a staple or paper clip or something… turn the key to Accessory, and wait a few seconds… the CEL should start to flash. Regardless, it has to be one of the 2-pin connectors that is right there.

okay i guess i wasn’t pushing the staple in far enough, cuz now it gave me a code 5. hanks for you help guys!!!
now can anybody tell me what to check on my map sensor?

oh…man i’m dumb.I just realized that i didn’t hook it back up to a vacuum line after i did my skunk 2 intake Mani install, and wire tuck…can anybody help me find out what vacuum hose it should plug into? or can i just tee it into any vacuum hose to the intake?
could that be the reason that it’s running rich? and the exhaust mani gets crazy hot?

The fire-wall mounted MAP sensor? There’s supposed to be a vacuum line straight from the Throttle-Body to the MAP. On a 94+ integra, and all other B-Series for that matter, the MAP is mounted directly on the ThrottleBody, eliminating the actual hose. But on ours since they’re mounted on the firewall, a hose is needed. Hope that helps out.

k well i don’t see another hose that i could use to connect it to the throttle body?so i teed it into the intake mani and it runs alot better no, like night and day.BUT!!.. is this a good idea or should i tee it into a hose on the throttle body? it still smells a bit rich, but not RICH like before.thanks
