i’ve been trying to find this code but no luck.the led flashes 2 times long pause 2 times long pause so im guessing it’s code 2 right.i’ve read somewere that it meant oxegen sensor but i want to be sure…i also wanted to know if anyone knows of the plug in harness that haspro makes for the vtec solinoid to make my ish look a little cleaner.thanx for any help…

my bad it;s a jdm b16a1 with a pr3 ecu…man oz u got all the answers…
Sounds like it’s throwing a secondary O2 sensor code. Recheck your wiring for your secondary O2 sensor.

is that the senser on the down pipe right after the header?i dont know to much about the wireing…thanx
I’m having the same problem because I’m not using the proper manifold. Check this thread, you’ll get a better idea:

To resolve partial throttle issues, you MUST have that secondary O2 for the 88-91 B16. Hondata and other ECU tuners can disable it, but won’t fix your low RPM and rich mixture problems.
