can't putting the axel back in??

So I removed the passenger side axel, and now I can’t get it fully into the trans. There’s this so called “spring clip” or watever it is called at the end which goes into the trans and that thing looks lose. Is that gona be a problem? should I take that out and tighten it? what esle can go wrong?

yeah you can take that clip off and squeeze it back tighter. but make sure you keep it round. you may have to use a brass punch and hammer on the end of the shaft to tap it in. then make sure pry out to verify that the clips is locked in. it sucks when they pop out. if you mess up the clip any part sotre should have extra ones.

it’s in. Thank you ^^

So what’s the difference between an ABS axel and non-ABS axel? like I don’t think my car has ABS (might be mistaken), but it has those ABS ones (having these extra rouber thing on there). what does those two rouber ring thing do? what would happen if I install an axel that’s non-ABS?

thoese are not abs rings
that is the weights to balance the shaft

ABS is the Metal ringthat looks like it runs on gears

ABS fits on non abs car
i have gen3 teg abs axles
.
if u install non abs axles in abs car i would think your abs wont function correctly
who needs abs?
hehe
