People usually say the engine is the heart, but if you really want to compare it to human processes, shouldn’t the engine be the “muscles”? I would think a heart in a human would be equivalent to the oil pump in a car.

I’d say the wheels/tires, suspension, brakes, and steering are the muscles.
And the gas tank is the stomach.
Combustion chambers would be the lungs. Intake would be the windpipe.
