hey my car veers right when i brake…for me to go straight when braking i have to steer a good amount left…has anyone seen this before???
i have checked tire press, rotated tires, new brake pads(stillen metal matrix…they freakin rock!!!), turned rotors, took calipers off and they compressed fine so i don’t think it is that and i lubed up the sliders on the caliper too, and also flushed brake fluid until crystal clear from all four corners.
any thoughts? it’s getting prretty bad. the only thing i can think of is the alignment is off because i am lowered with camber kits in all four corners and when i got it aligned they must not have done it right and it is exaggerated when i brake. so that is my story.
alignment
Have the same problem, but im getting use to it. Just havnt got the $$$ to get new ones! Check your lower rear trailing arm bushes, its the biggest 1 at the end of the arm, sort of behind the sill. see if there all torn up. Very common. I very much doubt its your alignment because if it was out then you will be constantly veering right…not only on braking.
