Check the clutch cable, then go for a new clutch kit.

I had this problem last year. My throw out bearing and clutch disc was messed up.

any tips on what i can look out for to see if the cable is the problem.like where its located i know where the section you adjust tension for the pedal is.is it near there?

have a friend push on the clutch pedal while you watch the motion of the arm on the tranny. if the arm travels all the way to the top, a good bet would be a bad pressure plate meaning broken or bad fins (happened to me). Basically, if the arm motion looks good, take the tranny off and have a look

check the clutch cable under the hood…have someone step on the clutch to see the travel on the clutch cable. adjust the clutch cable by turning the black knob…not sure which way tighten and which loosens. if that doesnt fix it, could be the tranny fork spring came undone or snap off.
