I went on vacation for 1-1/2 month, came back today and I tried starting the car, there was nothing. No ding ding, no instrument panel lights, nothing. I called AAA and tried having a jumpstart, that didn’t work either. what is wrong? my battery is only 3 months old. i don’t think having it parked with the valet switch on had anything to do with it right?

Did an animal get up and chew your damn wires up? Funny thing, this damn squirrel climbed into my mom’s engine bay and chewed some shite up, her A/C was all twacked out.
Just jump your battery and let it run for a bit. That is suppose to happen if you leave a car sitting for a while, regardless if the battery is new or old. If it doesn’t run for long periods, your battery drains over time. You just need a jump.
yeah i checked the fuse (70amp), and it was blown!
i replaced it this afternoon. so after that, i tried to start it again, but still nothing. no cockpit lights or anything.
i guess the battery is totally dead.
hmm…i checked the wires, but i didn’t see any noticeable damage caused by an animal.
