Car won't start during extreme temperatures

it got really warm out lately, and I’ve always had the problem where the car takes like 3-5 minutes of cranking it over to get it to start, only when it is extremely warm outside. I remember researching the problem last summer but it cooled down and wasn’t an issue so I didn’t fix it. Now it is an issue, and I don’t wanna blow my starter. What is the cause and what part do I need to replace?

I believe this will solve your problem
