Just like the title says im looking for a Carbon Fiber Headliner that fits a 1991 integra GS 4-door w/ sunroof Ive :search: the whole forum and all i can find is headliners for 2 doors…ive also been looking for CF door panels or fiber glass…plz help thx

I have never seen a headliner but damn, that would be baller I think. I have however seen CF door panels on ebay, thought that looked decent. I think someone even has pix of it instialed on their car. I might be wrong but I think they only made them for the RS version of our car though.
some company put them into production… the same company stopped production… you wont be able to find them. Your best bet is to find someone who can make overlays or wrap things.
well shit… you sure? I just kind of figured I would be able to pick them up at a later time, had no idea I missed the boat

Well thx guys…i was afraid of hearing that because i really dnt want to drop a grand or 2 having it custom done.
my headliner seems rather firm, maybe its cause i drive an rs. but couldnt you just get the film and apply it somehow? it would still give the look but not be real… just an idea.

Wrapping your headliner is going to add weight…
That film also doesn’t have the feel, look, or texture of CF - it’d be better to get it wrapped, and it can’t be that expensive… Resin + CF (only hard part is getting it that wide…) + time to wrap it up… Quite a few guys do CF wrapping in their spare time… Look around is all I can recommend…
Yep i just wanted to take the whole thing out and replace it with CF…mainly because of the weight…look…and because my tan roof is only thing not matching the blue and black look w/ a little CF…Some one i know says they might know where i can get it wrapped if i need to…so im still thinking
Come on now, weight? The headliner maybe weighs a pound, and if you do get it done chances are that you are going to have to have a layup done.
The CF headliner would actually weigh more than the stock one… I’m willing to bet your balls

Do a carbon fiber layup… You have to be careful with the resin you use, and getting the right weave makes stretching much easier. You will still have to do an epoxy clearcoat, but it will look just as nice as an infusion molded piece if your patient.
Yeah im going to take my doors out and all other tan pieces like bottom dash and sides and im going to paint it all blue and black…so i might take out headliner to and paint blue or black cuz if not…the only two things not matcing in the end will be the headliner and that carpet stuff behind the rear seat and window wit my speakers…:bang: which would be tan…:gunleft: :gunright:
