Does anybody know if they ever made a carbon fiber trunk for the 4 doors?

Nothing was ever officially made. A VIS deal was going down but a small number was being made to pre-purchased buyers… and I’m not sure if that ever even happened.
What happened with that was… A individual here and on Honda-tech got VIS to agree to make 10 Carbon Fiber Trunk lids for the 90-91 DB1 at the price of $500 each (Not including shipping). I was on the list but I had to back down to losing my job at the time.
So, The guy doing the group buy couldn’t generate the required 10 people to get in on the DB1 trunk lids. So it was never done.
No company makes Carbon Fiber trunk lids for the DB1. You’ll have to find a place to make one for you unfortunately
i was just lookin around on ebay and i found a carbon fiber trunk lid for the DB1 starting bid 400$
^^^^^^^^ THAT IS DEFINATELY FOR A 90-93 DA or DB2 which means 2 Door.
NOT for a sedan of ANY year.
