Hey, thinkin about getting a cat-back exhaust to compliment my CAI and header. What do you guys recommend? Any pics would also be very cool. Oh and i was kinda leaning towards the Greddy SP2, but i’m interrested to hear more about others.
i used to have to HKS hi-power, good gains but to loud for me. im going with the rs*r ex-mag next.

i might be moving to sac , which is why i put sac. As of now i live in nor cal. where are u in sac? also what have you done to your car? Also what do you think of the tanabe hyper medallion or the Greddy SP2? If any opinion at all? I just want some insight is all.
would i need an aftermarket catalyc converter in order to bolt on a cat- back or is it just one of those optional things?..

joe is that a gsr? its hard to find gsr kits… to bad u cant post sound files… hey do u think you could get a vid cam or mic and record a sound file and email it?
yea mine is a bit like a GSR. i have a B18C not the 17.

yea, i bought it for a 90-93 GSR and then had to mod it a bit to make it fit properly. it was a bitch but goooood god. with the recent headwork done the sound is crazy deep. its a great exhaust and i still get pulled over for being too loud but its one of the quietest ive heard at idle and at WOT, like i said, its deep.
i can try to get a vid camera or something, ive got a palm that records sound…maybe that can work and i can transfer it to my comp…il give it a shot tomorrow man.
but its sweet, damned expensive, but sweet.

did ur modifications require a welder?
yes, it did. but we didn’t have to.
after the fact we realized that the exhaust came with an extender piece and we were kicking ourselves.

13pulgadas i hate u :dance: … were did u get the whole rear carbon fiber. that is so sik.
the hatch is ViS and the rear peice is custom done by hand, mucho expensivo lol

hey thanks for the pic of the RS*R 13Pulgadas. that helped me to get a better idea whether im going to purchase something in the near future. Okay i’ve heard that it sounds good, it looks good in that pic…but how’s the ground clearance…if that DA or any for that matter is lowered… that’s my main concern because i’ve seen some pics of some cat-backs that look like they’re hangin kinda low…
Oh and also how much did the RS*R cost you…i did some research and it ran around $500-600, but more like $600 something.

the pic is too big, and that is PRE-paint job, in case you wanted to know…lol
the clearance is pretty decent, im pretty low as you can see and im more worried about the lip hitting something that i am the exhaust. its metal, its ok if a rock hits it
