i do agree that both sides probably could (should) have handled it better (THIS INCLUDES PEOPLE THAT ARE NOT DIRECTLY INVOLVED BUT ACT LIKE THEY ARE). i think that if the bar would have been built correctly and was 100% functional, the whole splatter and p/c thing could have been gotten over quickly. although its a tad bit more splatter than there should be it looks like it could have been a nice piece, am i correct in assuming that since it was “loosely” built to spec.

wow lets not make this a universal fight guys. I posted a long long time ago and I have to say this thread’s purpose i thought was to inform people not to buy from kyle. As i never ever would having seen the pics and read the posts. Anyone who sells a bar that doesn’t fit with shitty welds should refund money and not be trusted. I dont care if there the fucking president of honda motors. If i paid that much money for something that didn’t work i’d want my money back plain and simple. I mean christ, Would any of you pay 430 dollars for a bunch of metal pipe that was useless? i sure as fuck wouldn’t, i’d be hella freakin pissed if i blew almost 500 bucsk on a cage expecting it to fit and not even have it fit. then to add insult to injury have it not fit, look like shit, and have no coating on it what so ever. i’d be red hot pissed. So i think jake has every right to be upset. And i think like i said before that the only decent thing to do would be to either refund the money or pay for a new bar. Something should be done though. We all know for a fact that jake didn’t go to kyle and say: “kyle make me a frame that has shitty welds and doesn’t fit right” no one does. And we know for a fact that the frame doesnot in fact fit. We also know for a fact that kyle refuses to refund and refuses to remake. So based soley on the facts not adding in either jake or kyle in to the equation if we simply called them seller and consumer, then consumer A got a product that didnot meet any persons standards not even the lowest standards for his money, And sthe seller isn’t working to right this error. If you make your consumers upset simple logic suggests that they will not buy from you anymore and probably take legal matters. Say the bar only cost 50 bucks, i doubt jake would be that upset to lose 50 bucks yea it would suck but he’d get over it. but 500 is ALOT of money here. ALOT, if i went to a mechanic asked them to say fix my transmisson and they said they’d do it for 500 bucks and i picked my car up and it had a tranny that didn’t fit didn’t work and never turned the axle i’d want my money back, makes sense right? now if they refused to give me my money back and refused to fix their shitty work then i’d sue. Makes sense right? I know all of you would. wouldn’t you? How is this any different. I dont care how old kyle is or how old jake is. I dont care what they drive or where they live or what race they are. NONE of that matters. what matters is kyle sold jake a faulty piece and he refuses to replace it and refuses to refund. ONE or the OTHER needs to happen. Other wise he’ll suffer the legal consiquences and thats that. Plain and simple. And keep in mind a courts only gonna look at those facts not what race kyle is not who flamed who on this forum. Simply that the bar doesn’t fit looks bad and doesn’t work.
