CEL flashs without the jumper, car wont start

Hey, I recently rebuilt my b18 for boost and the car started fine and idled. Recently the car wouldnt start and i figured id leave it alone until i get it chipped, I got it chipped plugged it in and still nothing, I recently noticed the CEL flashs twice on ignition 2 then goes out and when i connect the jumper to read the codes my light stays on…I checked for spark its good, checked fuel pressure its good. I noticed my injectors werent working so i checked all connections and i pulled them out of the manifold and layed a piece of paper underneath them then tried to start it, it sprayed about halfway down the paper( it was horizontal) so i put that system back togeather and tested each clip while ign. 2 was on and got 11.2V across all four, I then checked my main relay and some connections looked poor so i resoldered every connection and put it back, I`m out of ideas here, I thought the problem was fuel but after seeing the CEL flash twice when not jumped and stay solid when jumped i am starting to worry about the ecu, I also checked the ground at the thermastat. Any ides would be appreciated. Thanks, btw its a 1992 teg rs 1.8L non v-tec with 520 cc injectors and a fpr.

I would change out the ECU with a know good stock ECU.

most of the time that happens when the ECU is bad…or the car is in limp mode…but i dont think obd0 has limp modee…swapp ecu’s first and see

Hey, so no more flashing CEL when i go to ignition 2, the light remains on with the others. The only thing i could think would change it was when i removed the injectors and unplugged the sensor on the IM by the fuel return hose. Im getting intermittent periods when the injectors will fire. Im trying to rule out everything else before i have to find an ecu, I live in a small town and acura parts are very limited, any other places to check

I would change the ECU
