Just because he has tried so hard to make people believe that I didn’t sell him a item as described because one of the one piece headlights that had a tiny tab that goes into bracket of corner light was missing and it was there when I shipped it and since you know so much about the story behind it it was the FedEx fault they had opened my box and resized it to fit better and was handled with no care which I believe the tab must have broken off at that point , but like I stated I’m not responsible for shipping damages and I tried helping Cody get his money back , by filling a claim @ Fedex for him to receive his money back I’ve had plenry of evidence pictures of lights before shipping ect so if your going to come on my post bagging about my negative feedback or codys case I suggest you get more info before you come in here with negative statements
that blind rage is an excellent way to get people to believe you werent at fault. never in my life have i heard of a shipping company opening a package and re-packing it to “fit better”. that sounds ridiculous and if that were the story fed to me i would call bullshit. do you have proof of that happening?
either way, i came on this thread to buy that ecu from you but not any more. you seem really sour about an incident that you claim no fault in. for someone not guilty you sure get worked up. if you honestly had done nothing wrong then there shouldnt be a problem with someone asking what the story is behind your negative feedback in the commerce section of the forum. in fact, it would be strange if someone didnt find out why you negative feedback before buying something from you.
im willing to bet that neil or spikeymike could fix your feedback rating if they wanted to. if the situation REALLY wasnt your fault then i dont see why they would have a problem with it…
Obiously it pisses me off that you come on here talking about something that happend almost a year ago and yes I had proof and witness to what the fed ex guy did so resize my box to make a smaller box because when I took the box in it was huge and full of Bubble wrap/ Foam the guy asked me how big is the item I told him half the size of box but the items really sensitive and plastic and he said I’ll resize it and charge you less don’t worry about it, I have madd proof because like I told Cody that I’m 100% confident that the tab broke at fed ex when the guy pulled out the headlights to resize I even went back to file a claim in help to retrieve codys money and my Clean set of one piece headlights , that’s why I wasn’t denial to proceed a claim and as far as administration not fixing my negative feedback I don’t know I been on here since 2009 selling goods and helping Lots of people with thier builds in California so if you or anyone else wants to come at me with codys case don’t 't buy anything from me simple, I sell lots of good parts and fair pricess not only for 2nd Gens but others as well,

No negativity here, would simply like to hear the other side of the story. In my opinion if you’re going to ship something you better damn well know how to package it. With something as valuable/rare as one pieces, one would think you wouldn’t put it in someone else’s hands to ship that package carefully. We all know that FedEx and UPS don’t give a shit about anyone’s packages. I’d now love to see the proof that the FedEx guy blatantly broke off that tab.

First it’s the FedEx guy repackaging your package but your original post claims the UPS guy did it? This on top of other contradicting information you provided (i.e. drove your car everyday or had it garaged for 5 months?) has me thinking you’re super shady.
Moving past the tabs, what’s your excuse for the rest of the misinformation in your description of the headlights? Those things sound like the furthest thing from “clean”.

Its been over a year and this case does not concern me and shady? Really come on now I been on here since 2009 and for the fellas that know me and bought cars , parts or I have done swaps for can vouch ,
Fedex , ups dont remember who and doesnt matter either you want something im selling or not doesnt matter to me i dont benifit from you or your noseyness about a past case !!

Thinking that I daily drove my car yes I did than it was sitting for months that’s why I have a New RSX type S witch I daily drive dude seriously if your not interested in any of the items I’m sure someone else is and if I have to get people to vouch for me I will because I have lots of customers and poeple who I have helped !!

You have a Point but if some one is going to question me about a past case than accuse bullshit that’s not right at all especially of the person is not interested on Any of the items I simply posted the thread were me and Cody had a argument over the case , me as a seller I won’t get back a item weeks later saying a broken tab or what not its old , and I would highly appreciate if your just gonna post to talk about my 50% -1 feed back don’t because like I posted I will never ship sensitive items ever anyone one wants a part can come down to my city and try it b4 buying it !!
