I am putting together a DA and I noticed that when I went to put the shift lever on, the Shift lever was missing all the components in the center of it. No bushings or bearings or washers (see pic)
Now Im wondering if it might be a better idea to just change out the shift lever all together. Will it also come with components on new shifter:worry:

If anybody could direct me to a kit for the DA or where I can find these parts
(I’m hoping I dont have to go to the dealer:uhoh:)
Or if I buy a new short shifter will the pictured components be included?
Every brand is different, so you’ll have to check that specific brand you’re buying. But most will not have all of those items and will expect you to reuse the original parts. I’d grab the main parts from a junk yard and then get the wear parts new from the dealer.
