Well guys i realy need your help this time.
Last night someone broke into my car and stole my stereo and Fields Electronic VTEC controller.
I didn’t install this but the previous owner did.
When i tried to start my car this morning it turned of once and the check engine light came on.
the second time it stayed on but the check engine light remained on.
I figured that the problem was that it was missing the VTEC controller.
Is there a way to fix this problem?
How?
or am i gonna have to buy a new VTEC controller in order to fix this?
I know some wires have to be tampered with for the install so would this cause my problem?
I would check what the ECU code first is before assuming things.
