If it’s a chipped ecu… yes. Not that it would run the way it should, but it should technically work.

I personally wouldn’t do it unless I had a B18c. If your motor is stock, the best chip (rom) that you can use for economy and reliability is the one it came with. If you’ve gone adding a bunch of mods (like bigger exhaust, header, intake) then what you should do is take your car to someone reputable and have them tune it for you. Or start looking into tuning it yourself. At the very least to do that you would need a wideband o2 sensor, a laptop, and either a romulator (like the ostrich that moates.net makes) or a rom burner.
