Hi all I recently got a ABS lip for my teg and need some side skirts to compliment it but dont want to use my VIS racing fiberglass skirts nor do I want to do that much body work. Here is a pic of what I am looking for.
thanks
EDIT:
Here is my car … not sure about the placement of the plate yet … also I need some info on lowering and wheel rubbing issues
those are mugen sideskirts, u can find the mugen replica sideskirts which look exactly the same as those, a nice clean look, no bodywork involved, just screw em in
I know they can be bolted on the ends but how are they attached in the middle?
also I remember the wings west side skirt looking more rounded then the mugen… not sure if I am right on this. Does anyone actually have a close up pic of the wings west and mugen?
Sorry to jack the thread. But do you have to screw the sides in, or do they bolt in a stock location. I want side skirts but don’t want to put screws into metal.
You guys should search the site a bit more. Theres a big group buy thread in the Sponsors section for Mugen replicas.
The DC Integra skirts work great with some cutting & trimming. Very similar, & cheaper if you get them from a junkyard or friend, the G2IC For Sale section, etc.
The Mugen type attaches with screws on the bottom & sides; & have little tabs the go in your door sill.

You have to use selftapping screws- no way around it. There aren’t any mounting holes on the DA for skirts. Put some rubber gasket maker around the holes before you tighten down the screws all the way.

someone told me that you could use rubber glass glue for windshields or something like that then just bolted it in the wheel wells, like you would do anyways. but i guess its like sealant. they said it worked good for them. i will have to ask them what exactly it is.
i jus got my sideskirts… can anybody tell me how to install it? and whats that extra plastic thing on the middle of the sideskirts… and which part goes on which side
