try doing a fuel system cleaning and get all that crap out of your motor that will help a lot. maybe a bad cat?

go to your local shop and pay a little to have it done
Note: make shure its a 3 part cleaner Wynns is the best
what color is it exactly and can you describe the smell? until you fix it…maybe quit redlining it!
