I swapped my 92-93 tails to 90-91 tails. I started the car wait for it to warm up, then suddenly lights inside the car dimmed, then came back up. The cluster and tail lights have no lights except for signal and hazard. I thinking its probably my fuse or the tail lights itself, but i doubt it because many said its interchangeable. Also, the rear speakers won’t work, but sometimes it does, checked the receiver/fuse and they’re all good.
Check your park light/illumination fuse, fuse 11 - 15A, [hot when park/head lights are on] in under dash fuse box.

Got it, just the fuse. But what about the rear speakers not working?

stereo is aftermarket “Akai.” Speakers are stock.
Then I would have a look at the connections of the Akai HUs wiring to the cars wiring.

Yea i checked all of the wiring. I was thinking re-wire them myself cause i got me a new alpine deck.
Was a harness adapter used or was the Akai hard wired?
Is the stock radio plug still on the end of the OEM radio harness or was it cut off?:tapfing:94
