Clutch cable getting sticky

Is there any way I can just lube up my clutch cable? Or do I have to buy a whole new one? It’s just starting to make some squeeking noises, and I don’t want anything bad to happen, so I want to get it taken care of.

Mine squeeks, but its the bushing on the arm at the end of the clutch cable…(the thing it connects to), might want to make sure that isnt whats squeeking on yours too before you go though all this…

You can lube it, the best way (I asked the same question a while back) is to take it off, spray some wd-40 down it to clean it out, and then get some heavyer lube and spray that down it, just let it drip down.
