I just replaced a snapped clutch cable on my 91gs.The cable snapped as I was trying to start the car in nuetral. So, I replaced it and it is stiff and sticky as hell. I thought maybe it needed to be worn in so I’ve done that. I thought the pedal height was wrong so I’ve played with that. Not exactly sure if the pedal height is correct, I dont have those specs, but it seemed to loosen up a bit when I did that. Still stiff as hell and constantly pissing me off. If anyone has some advise, HELP…
help
I still cant get the damn cable adjusted right, if any one out there has any advise you would be saving the life of one very pissed off gen2 owner.Thanx
Hey, under ur hood, follow ur cable, theres this big glob of plastic, its at the end of the clutch cable connecting to the tranny, adjust it looser so that the pedal feels lighter. There should be about one inch play on where the clutch is, meaning if u tap on it, it should go down about an inch without actually holding the clutch. Hope this helps!

What does the knob look like? I need to do this too? Thanks. Is it different for a 93?
