Is it normal to be able to hear your clutch when you push in the pedal and shift gears. Not the clunk… but I can hear a faint sound that sounds like metal on metal spinning. I think maybe it is the synchros, some gears are louder than other but only 4th actualy grinds.
I just started getting that too. I was told that it’s the release bearing that needs to be replaced. You can wait 'til you have to change your clutch to fix it. It’s not bad for the car, but it’s annoying as hell.
