Okay so my check engine light came on again today! I checked the Codes and it was 15 and 43, I had code 43 like 5 months ago and I installed a new O2 sensor and it never came back on until now. So I looked on here about code 15 on the search and no hits! I know that 43 is fuel system, and 15 is ignition signal wire.
So for 15 do I need a ignition switch or something.
For 43 I replaced the following; cap, rotor, plugs, wires, fuel filter and O2.
is my fuel pump going out or something along those line. I don’t want to just replace things and them not be bad and waste my money. This code 43 Shit is annoying as fudge!!!
I’m about to go turbo and I don’t want this shit to blow my engine. well at lest for code 43!

For 15 try a known good igniter and check the yellow/green wire between the igniter and ecu, it could be open or shorted. The black and yellow wire between the distributor 2P connector and ignition switch may be bad. There should be battery voltage with the KOIO.
I would switch out the igniter first, if that doesnt work get a good multimeter and unplug the yellow green wire at the igniter and umplug the ECU (checking continuity with the ECU still wired in can fry your ECU or create other problems). Check continuity between the two points and check for shorts to ground. If that doesnt work… check for power with key on engine off at the black yellow wire.
Also go get a good manual for your car

I know there is a lot of posts on code 43, but I still didn’t find any one 15! Sooo I’m not sure where you are going with this link? If any one has real insight please feel free to inform me about this code.
By the sound of the code (15) it would seem to be a ignition problem but my car starts every time. I’m going to put a different ignition switch out of my parts car so i will see if that works.
