code 43 Fuel supply HELP!!!~

what can be the problem? CODE 43 fuel supply

fuel injecters?, o2 sensor?, fuel rail?, fuel pump?, or clogged fuel filter?..NEED HELP!!!~

cylinder 1 = 200psi
2 = 150psi
3 = 180psi
4 = 200psi

i have usdm ITR pistons with new rings in b18a 100k plus block

i know this sounds dumb but have you tried resetting your ecu? after i swapped heads i got a code 43 a few days later on teh freeway. i stopped and reset the ecu and it went away and never came back. i should also mention that the first time i cranked the motor with the new head, i got an o2 error, but it checked out fine. the next day the car wouldnt start and i had to replace the distributor. the o2 code didnt come back either

btw, your compression results dont look too great. are you concerned with them? it doesnt necessarily mean something is wrong but you should retest and do a leakdown test also.
