I have a 93 Integra with a coilover setup. I combined the R1 Racing Coilovers that came with helper a helper spring with Tokico Blues. I am getting a little bouncy in my fron end. I would like to go lower but then I lose the handling. I have noticed that many get adjustibles shoks for the front. Is that recomended with our cars? Will that stop the front from rebounding? For further note, I placed the 450P rating spring in the front and the 350p rating in the rear. Should I change something to make the combo a better one? Thanks
I don’t know much about the tokico blues, but the Koni yellows are an excellent choice for the 450 spring rate.
raise your springs…
i have that same exact setup and when i put my 17s on i raised my springs and they have more “play” now and do not bouce near as much…
and if you read the box from tokico it says on it “DO NOT USE WITH COILOVERS” but i’ve ran them for almost a year
but to stop the bouncing…the only 2 things you can do is raise the ride or get koni 5 ways
I think I will go with the Adjustables. Thanks again.
