I got a 00’ SIR 1.6L B16A2 and I not sure weather to build it up or go with the hybrid setup… And the head fits for this year doesn’t it?
Okay we are deciding to just go with the 00’ SIR motor in our integra… just going to rebuild it and save us the hassel of running the computer on it.
Which stuff can I use from the b18 on the b16?
Also, which header setup should I get?

G-Ride: First off, You need to do some more research mang, you dont sound like you know what your getting yourself into or even doing!!! Use this site and Honda-tech.com, Search button is VERY useful!!! Please Use It!!!
If you want it built, take it to a shop and reputable one and have them build it, thats if your lookin to get “better then stock” power …
As far as taking stuff off a LS motor and putting it on the B16 i wouldnt swap anytihng except maybe the crank, but that requiers mroe work and knowalge then what you have i belive…
As far as what you should use for a header, use anything… Whats your budget? You can buy a ebay header for 100 or you can buy a 1000+ “race” header…
All in all if you just want a simple nice set up with bolt ons, a B16 with Intake-RMF/Rage/Vibrant Header- RSR or Kteller Exhaust should do you well, after taht you can start looking into LSD, Intake Mani. ETC…

Anyways, we tore the B16 down and found major issues… Anyways we decided we were going to take the B18A1, deck the block and add stage 1 cams and various other stuff… Our engine builder does it all so no worries about my end. I just the owner of the company… :lol: :bowthank:
Hahaha… Well goog thing you did!!! But you dont sound like you know what your doing for being a “engine builder” and if you are then why ask those ?s You should all ready know or have done your research
