Complex electrical probleml. Help please.

Hey there G2ic, I was wondering if somebody here had a similar electrical problem like mine. I’m kinda tired of looking at a wiring schematic and decided to be lazy…this all just happen 2 days ago after I gutted my rear interior. I checked my fuse and ground and there all good. I’m thinking that a defective switch is the problem? Anyways…

1.My parking light won’t go on ( my light is dead front and my rear brake light won’t turn on.).

2.My dash won’t light up when I turn on my headlight.

3.My license plate light is also off (great for racing and getting tickets at night since my whole rear is pitch black)
4.I also hear a clicking noise sometimes when I hit the turn signal sometimes.

Thanks for reading.

MM&Y of car would help.

Park, dash and licence plate lights are all no the same circuit, fuse 11- 15A, [hot when park/head lights are on] in under dash fuse box, replace the fuse even if it looks good.

Brake lights are on there own circuit, fuse 37 - 20A, [hot at all times] in engine bay fuse box, replace the fuse even if it looks good.

Fuses can look good and still be bad, so either test them with a multimeter or swap them out with a new one or switch them with known working ones in the fuse box, SAME AMPARAGE.

You say you have no tail lights, [park lights] no brake lights and no licence plate lights, how about signal/hazard lights or back up lights?

Do you have a multimeter or test light?:corn:94
