COULD THIS BE A VACCUM LEAK aaagggghhhh
so i started my car today and not the on position on click back from on just on so the vacuum/fuel pump engages so any ways i opened the hood and i here a sucking/whistling noise coming from the intake manifold or somewhere from that general area but i dont know where its coming from has any one heard this wierd noise before oh and all the lines seamed to be connected

That makes absolutely no sense to me. Ever heard of punctuation? Also, there is no vacuum until the engine is running.

Sounds like a vacuum leak, did you poke around and try to find where it’s coming from?

i did poke around , and thats where its coming from , somwhere in thT GENERAL area

I sprayed brake cleaner on all my hoses and intake manifold to check for leaks.If it idles higher when u spray just try and pinpoint where u sprayed and u will find your leak.

without the engine running you won’t have any vaccume in the lines. When its on there is normally a whistling at the throttle body that is inaudible when the air intake is connected.

start pinching off lines with some pliers if it changes how the car runs BAM theres your problem
