coupe and sedan mirrors the same?

Hey, anyone know if manually adjusted side mirrors are the same between the 2-door and 4-door Integras? I have a '90 RS, and the shaft of the adjusting handle broke off inside my mirror today, and there’s no way to fix it. I also happen to like being able to adjust the mirror from inside the car. New mirror assemblies are no longer available, and I’m going to be forced to get one on eBay or from a junkyard. Thanks.

Im 99% sure they’re the same. The hood is the same, can imagine why they’d make different mirrors.

As it turns out, I found out they are different. Incredible but true. I can’t think of any reason why they should be.

I went to a pick and pull last weekend after the guy who runs it told me over the phone there were a few 2nd gen integras in the lot, but he didn’t have much info about them. I showed up, and there was only one in the lot, and it was already picked over, but it had power mirrors anyway.

I’ve sort of decided to just live with the mirror the way it is and use the money to fix things that actually matter, like my starter, which needs to be pulled and have the contacts replaced.

I’m really surprised. I know the LS and GS has power mirrors, but the RS has manual? Any chance that’s the difference? 2dr & 4dr mirrors look so similar.
Well, I glad I didn’t say I was 100% sure

Did a search, you are correct. The windshield angle is different, so the mirrors attach also at a different angle between coupe & sedan.

Ebay to the rescue. I found a replacement after just a few days of browsing and it’s already on the car. Only paid $30 total for the mirror. Had to clean the remains of a hornets nest out of it though.
