Couped_upd Db1 Daily :In the 405

Mini <3 your 240s! :] do you do a lot of drift events with them?

I have never missed a drift event! =) Glad to hear you like them. It is funny, I just looked at your build status! Just did not post cause I did not feel like leg humpin. I like your RL! Your Da is hella clean as well, very nice build!! My last girlfriend was into DA Integra’s. Kinda cool to see girls in the car scene.

hey shane you want me bring the jdm rear bumper support next time i come up

HELL YES!!!

Oh and update…Been working on other peoples cars, and work…so no real time…BUT I did get some parts in. Still waiting on a bunch more.

Did the year of the rear bumper make a difference in the lip install? Just wandering since you seemed to be hammering in the point that it was 93 lol

I am just stating what i used… to be clear. I do know the 1992 rear bumper is the same. I would hope that people know a 92-93 bumpers are the same. But you never know. For anyone that does not know already…

You can use a 92-93 rear bumper. Either will do, they are one in the same.

I will edit it in. Sorry for the confusion, if there was any. :naughty:

Keep in mind, I am learning as I go as well. =)

I try to stay up on my research, but if I slip (highly likely) let me know. I am always open to a kindly, “your wrong” jester.

Awesome project thread man! Everything is looking awesome! I love your s13’s btw.

And I’m pretty sure your GSR motor isn’t JDM… The VTEC solenoids on JDM engines did not have the green oil pressure switches.

Picked up a Mirror. (although I would like the one that goes across the whole top)

Got some more updates! Went out to the used tire shops and got some decent roll around tires for test fitting.

How my DB1 Looks with her new shoes!

Oh and since I had my wheel off, I went ahead and tried something new.

I put my 94 Accord Front Mudflap on my Ek Side skirt to cover up the open end.

eew Open end install of Ek side skirts.

Just drill out 2 new holes to mount the new faster screws.

You notice the Accord mudflap fits AROUND the side skirt.

All sealed up!

looks dope! the stance and fit are on point

Sick build! In for more. I’m diggin this.

it is moving fast. lol. Glad to see more people getting into the 4 doors. Always nice to see these.

good idea on mudflap!!! looks great!!

dang man. really like how this build is coming along so quickly. mad props and i cant wait to see the finished product. mind sharing your tire size? i was actually planning on picking up the same size 501s this week. and im diggin your stance. and are you running any camber kit? not to mention your 240s. I was planning on getting one but decided on building my DA and then get a 240 when im in college. other than that, really liking your DB man. Way to rep them. Nuff said.

Like the build. Rear wheels are looking nice!!! Little to much poke in the front for my taste though. I had the same idea of the accord rear lips on the bumper, I’ve had them in my garage for a couple months now, maybe now when I see how they look on your car I’ll take the time to do it to mine.

Oh yeah, are you going to try and retain the factory rear mud guards or go for a delete?

amazing build! you’ve sourced out so many rare parts so quick! (jdm 1 peices, OEM rear spoiler!!) great progress man… i never knew about the 94 accord mudflaps fitting on the ek side skirts… great tip, if you lived near me i would trade you my 92-93 bumper & rear tails/trunk in a heart beat! always loved the 90-91 look… keep us posted!

btw what size is the rubber and did you have to fender roll?

Well I want to go to a 205/45/16

Current test fitting tire sizes are 205/50/16, With a SLIGHT pull. It has a nice stance. Keep in mind this is a 8in wheel, so its a slight stretch, nothing major.

I just got my camber kit, front and rear, about to install them. BUT NO CAMBER KIT as of right now.

As far as poke in the front, they do not really poke to much. I can easily tuck them under the fender with just lowering it.

GLAD TO HEAR THE GOOD REVIEWS!

Updates. More parts! (i know, I want to work on it to!)
Got a B16 head for my B20.

Going to get my G2ic.com sticker, and an Ebay logo to add to these. lol

Oh, and…

I got this…
