Cracking noises

I hear loud cracking noises from my right front wheel. At first I thought it was my rack& pinion because the rack was dry so I replaced it with a civic ef manual rack. Then I changed my axels. Now it just keeps on doing that noise. It only starts when it’s really warm or hot (weather). What could it be? Bushings? Or what. It makes noise at stops when I turn ether way and while Im driving but only turning.

first off are you positive it is right front wheel?

These cars have a bad tendancy to make noises up front that sound like they are coming from one place while it is actually at a completely different location…

That said your best bet is to put that thing up on jack stands and pull the wheel off. Check your brake caliper and make sure all the factory retainer springs for the brake pads are present, check your rotor for warping. those will be immediately identifiable issues. If that all checks out you may have to look deeper like wheel bearing or even CV axle.

look for anything loose and tighten it back down… Being that this is happening during turns I think it sounds like a CV issue, but start at the easiest step and work inwards… rule out any issue startinng with removal of the tire and rim and work your way back

Wheel bearing is easy to diagnose, lift wheel off ground, grab both sides and shake that bitch back and forth (not side to side).

Shouldn’t have any movement at all. Like 2mm is acceptable. But I doubt that’s what it is by what you’re describing,

If it’s while you are turning only, something must be binding. Jack it up and have someone turn the wheels side to side while your under it. Maybe you can see potential issues.

It does not move back and forth or side to side.
When I jack it up it doesn’t make that sound when I turn the wheel.
It freaking weird. It only starts making the noise when it’s warm or hot.
It’s not my cv boot or axel I just replaced it.
Please help me!

I found a video on you tube of this guys integra that has the same problem.
Here’s the video name, search it up and listen to it. (2001 integra suspension noise)

it could be a balljoint. already fixed an issue like that on a couple DC2’s although it could have been any car. it was always the lower balljoint also. best thing to do is jack the car up on jack stands and disconnect the tie rod from the suspected side and turn the knuckle by hand. i’ve always just put my hand on the lower table/knuckle and got the person to turn the steering wheel. you feel the vibrations from the seizing balljoint.
