would this setup give my b20 a higher rev (safely to 7k-8k rpm) along with my block guard and gsr girdle in the block?..
and how much gains can be produced along with my aem adj cam gears

I’m no expert by any means, but I’d think that to rev higher safer you’d want to dynamically balance the bottom end, properly install a block girdle (dowled and bolted), and get the valve springs, and maybe get new rods and/or rod bolts. Again, I’m no expert, but I’d think that’d be a fairly safe way allow a b20 to rev a bit higher. I think the balancing would be rather critical. Just my .02
