Curious questions of a noob. need answers please

So I have a 92 integra gs that has been in the family since we bought it new that year. I was 5 at the time, i’m 23 now. I grew up in that car and it’s been passed down to me 6 years ago when i turned 17. the car is relatively stock except for CAI, catback exhaust, aftermarket headunit/amps/subs, headlights, and 8000k HIDs. it’s an auto with ~111k miles.

i’ve been cruising through this forum for a while now and have been wondering what you guys did to make your cars look like they just rolled off the showroom. what i mean is, my car is 18 years old and it looks like an 18 year old car; beat up bumpers, scratches, dents, switches not working, everything. from my guess, you guys just bought new panels and bumpers, and threw on a $2k full body paint job. yes, no?

and lastly, i kbb’ed my teg and it shows ~$1.5k for fair conditioned. would you guys agree?
thanks in advance

sounds to me that your fam didnt take care of the car(if trashed bad)…most of the da/db’s i see day to day are fresh BUT there are many dook status tegs out there…2000 for a paint job better be smooth and "wet"looking…go to local junker and try to find you a set of bumper covers, watch a few tutorials about filler(do it), get the car as "straight"as youd like and 400 grit wet sand the whole car and take to a paint shop…i have been quoted as far as $2000 for a job, then did all the prep myself and brought it to $450 to spray…
