Well after 9 months of visits from the Dept. of Children and Families, going to court and tons of heartache, it is all over. Yesterday, the judge closed the case and awarded me full custody of my son. She has lost all of her rights as the mother as well, which will hopefully let her see the errors of her ways and serve as motivation to do better with herself. I don’t hate my son’s mother - just the decisions she decided to make.
He’ll be visiting his siblings every other weekend at his grandparents house to spend time with them. I wish I could take in his older brother, but he’s allowed to sleep over whenever I want. Trying to keep the relationship between him and his brothers is on the top of my list.
So, here’s to the other dads out there that are damn good daddy’s like me. Thanks for the support to those of you wishing me well and praying.

Score one for the justice system, which is not something one says every day. Congrats man, there are a lot of crappy dads out there and I’m glad the core G2IC guys don’t fit that role.

yo! You’re welcome to come to this coast and work on some DSM’s tomorrow if you’d like. Working on my talon and my brothers gsx. Fabbing some new brake hard lines, installing new brakes and an o2 dump in my talon. My brother’s gsx is getting a new radiator, new senors, injector upgrade, etc and cranking it over for the first time.
We can send the wives shopping.
