DA and DC Bushings

I had a fairly stock 97 LS which I recently sold in order to buy my buddies 92 GS w/ LS/VTEC Turbo.

My question relates to the Energy Suspension master bushing kit that I was going to install on the 3rd gen, but never got around to.

Are any of the bushings from the 3rd gen kit compatible for use with the 2nd gen Integra?

Thanks.

Yes, some are compatible. You can find out which ones by looking at the spec sheet on Energy Suspension’s website. You can view their catalog, for each component they list part numbers and you can compare for the different chassis. I know the rear lca’s are the same and the front lca’s are different. Other than that I don’t remember exactly what’s the same.

Thanks man, I should have thought of that. In case anyone else wants to know this is what I found out.

According to the part numbers from the two master bushing kits the following are the same between the two generations:

  • Rear LCA
  • Front End Links
  • Tie Rod Boots
  • Front Ball Joint Boots
  • Transmission Shifter Stabilizer Set
  • Front and Rear Shock Sets

So basically everything except the front control arm and steering rack bushings appear to be the same parts in both kits.

And the steering rack kit has the same drivers side bushing, the passenger side is a different part number.

Don’t even bother with those ball joint boots, they’re garbage.
