DA suspension on DC

So I have read about putting dc forks on a da, but I need to know if I could put my whole front suspension(swing arm, forks, coilovers) off of my da onto my dc? Every post I find is to swap from dc to da, but I want to go from da to dc since my da got wrecked. I want to use my tein coilovers and ingalls camber kit on my dc if possible. Any help would be appreciated.

The shocks/springs will swap over if you use the DA forks, however shock lengths are less than ideal. If the camber kit is an anchor style kit it will work with the DC upper control arms. You don’t want to use DA upper control arms on a DC. And the DA lower control arm will not work either. DA/EF front suspension uses a radius rod type setup whereas the EG/DC does not.

Will the shock length matter if they are adjustable coilovers? And the camber kit is a ball joint style kit.

Yes, shock length matters, it effects suspension travel. The longer shock body will mean that you have less compression travel, so you’ll be closer to hitting your bump stops if they’re installed on a DC than on a DA.

Check the Ingalls website for the part numbers on the camber kit and see if it’s specific to a certain model or if it’s the same part for all most civics/integras… I think the ball joint kits are the same though.
