I am doing the first 93 da9 rear bumper conversion onto my 90 db1. I had to buy 2 93 rear bumpers to make this work
The bumper fits perfect except for on the sides
13 inches back from the wheel arch mount I cut the bumper down the middle
There was a 2 1/4 gap on both sides (this is where the second bumper comes into play)
13 inches back on the second bumper I cut out a 2 1/4 inch strip and sanded till it filled the gap. Tomorrow I will be plastic welding and body working the bumper to make it look seamless, let me know what you guys think
