DA9/DB2 OEM Floor Mats

Hi Guys,

As I’m sure as you are all very aware the Acura OEM Floor Mats Part #08P15-SK7-210 for the Black/Grey mats are discontinued. From what I have seen over the years plus monitored here lately it is not impossible but hard to get a hold of a set and even much more difficult to get a new/ great condition set. I was wondering if anyone had found a good alternative to finding an oem fitting floor mat. I know you can get a semi-custom set on eBay or whatever, but I want one that fits great. I don’t really know if it would be cost-effective to get a custom made set, or if you could drive the cost down by doing a bulk order for the mats, because I feel like there are quite a few people who would like to have better looking/fitting mats for their DA’s.

Just wondering if anyone has done any research into this, or if there is a reason why nobody has done anything like this?
Or maybe i’m the only one that’s really annoyed about not having perfect fitting/looking mats ha.

Another reason I was curious about this too was because even if I had an OEM great condition pair of floor mats, I think i would be wary of using them just because they are so hard to come by in good condition. I found this FS: SoCal 90-93 Integra Replica OEM Floor Mats NEW! - Honda-Tech - Honda Forum Discussion and would love to have something like this, any ideas how?

I’m pretty sure those were made by “DSTuning”. From what I remember they got in trouble for having the logo on there and stopped making them with the logo and now just checking their site it looks like they don’t even make mats anymore. But, it seems Lloyds is still an option. Not sure if you just didn’t search or simply wasn’t sure what terms to use for a search, but there was some good info I dug up with about 5 min of looking through some very basic search results. There may be other info out there as well if you spend some more time searching. And maybe there are some new options that people will post to your thread.

Thanks for the quick response. Maybe I just really suck at searching for things on here. But i do appreciate the feedback, some of the stuff is so old that it’s really not relevant anymore but does give a good place to start. I looked into the Lloyd mats, and checked their site and found they have 6 for (Online Retailers Various Vehicle Specialties) and noticed https://www.autosportcatalog.com may have an oem fitting option. Also looks like http://www.calcarcover.com/ is still offering some floor mats. Please feel free to share your experience with this.

I spoke with autosportcatalog.com and they said have a custom fit option that appears to be very close to OEM. I was able to get a pic of the shadow sheet. I’ll attach that for anyone else who might be interested.

If you order a set you should definitely post up pics so we can all see the quality and fitment.

These look to be the cheapest and similar fit

Just snapped a few pics when putting them in, can take better ones when not so cold outside.

Those look nice, and yeah, please post up some other pics when you can showing how they fit in other areas. Fitment around the hatch/gas levers looks great but looks pretty bad around the dead pedal. That pile/texture is also not what I was expecting, definitely not OEM. Doesn’t look bad, just doesn’t even attempt to replicate the OEM style. Were there different options available?

Will post more pics soon.
I got some carpet samples and decided to go with “Lloyd’s Classic Loop 4pc Floor Mat Set, Color: Smoke” mainly for the price, fit, and quality of these mats even though its not an OEM style fabric. I think it was $79 for the set of Lloyd Mats. Also, I ordered from AutoSport Catalog instead of California Car Company because I found a coupon code for free shipping on their site.

They have other options that may have been much closer to OEM such as the Velourtex, Ultimat, & Luxe Mats.
The closest to OEM from what I had seen would have been the Ultimat Mat in Graphite.

Thanks for the extra info

Here are the pics that I took earlier, IMO I think the fit of these mats feels and looks better than the pictures show. They seem to fit in the natural groves of the carpet. Also, I know the color is way off… I am planning on dying my carpet black just because its taken abuse over the past 24 years.

Does the mat get caught on top of the clutch when going through the full travel? Mine do that occasionally if I put them in not quite right and it scares the crap out of me when I don’t notice before I set off.

What does the underside look like? Thanks for looking into this.

stockinteriors.com makes what look to be custom fit floor mats. They also make molded carpet. I believe i will be ordering both from them some time in the near future.

If ordering either mats or a new carpet does anyone know was the graphite black a true black or more of a dark grey-black? I know it looks more like a grey-black but is that the true OEM color or is that due to fading over the years?

I know what you are talking about…I haven’t noticed it very often with this set… sometimes i will notice it sliding closer up to being in the way of the clutch but it did come with a mounting tab for the drivers side mat. just never got around to using it, but that should keep it in place fine.

will post underside picture soon.

Here is the template from stockinteriors.com. I would avoid this design.

Not gloating but I was able to pick up all four in black (two mats had one small cigarette burns on each) not even fully worn in it seemed a few months ago at my local youpullit yards for $11.50 all four

CarID.com
perfect fit and the colors all all models. Even customized it by adding the acura logo. Recommend if you want the true OEM design and best look for the car. Many enthusiast are surprised that I have it.

Can you just buy for the two fronts only? Is it the OEM logo? “INTEGRA” and does it fit like the OEM carpet and not a walmart fit… If so, I will defineatly buy one.
