my passanger window doesnt roll down smoothly and it kills my back leaning over to force the roller arm down. it goes up kinda smooth but when rolling down it gets stuck at about the 11o’clock position and then i have to force it down and then keep rolling and it gets stuck at the same spot over and over until i roll it down all the way. i tool the door card off and there was only 1 owner so it still has the sound proofing plastic wrap and im not sure if i should cut into it to try to fix the regulator. is the problem behind the plastic?

I’m unfamiliar with this issue and didn’t see much on G2IC either other than trying to buy new regulators. Do you have access to the Helms manual?
Maybe the guild has debris in it or the grease on the track dry up ?
likely dried grease. or the regulator’s just old and needs swapped. it happens. lawd the car is getting close to middle-aged at this point…

no helms/haynes manual that would be nice to have i should get that
