Hey Dan, so I got everything off, except the tensioner pulley bolt. Its rounded one way, I could tighten it more but not loosen it. You mentioned using a Deremel to take the head of the bolt off. Looking at the bolt that looks a little tricky.

Im not Dan but i’ll try and help. First, make sure your using a six point socket or wrench. If that dont help try using a small pair of vise grips.
