I heard this from a friend of mine… cars from 90’ and under now considered classics… so this must mean 1990 DAs are smog exempt? Can anyone confirm this?
As far as i know, its BS. That law no longer exist for Cali. But i might be wrong.
I must be dumb cause I don’t get it. -__-
75’ and below are exempt.
Not yet, wait 20 more yrs
sucks for you guys… all non obd2 cars here are exempt.

No emissions or inspections in Kentucky lol
Yah one lucky mofos…
You guys are the reason our ozone layer is disappearing… Where’s Al Gore when you need him? :tsk:
No smog in Carson, nether…lol
A smog tech informed me that the 20yr rule is no longer in effect because all U.S. vehicles after 75 are required to have cats. If that is true then any vehicle after 75 falls under smog rules and always will be.

And i don’t get that, nether. Ether its a way for the state to take all older cars off the streets, or there just dumb, cause the smog laws always change every year, making it harder and harder to smog even 10 year old cars. I think its there way of pickpocketing us of all our money, just to by there (SO CALLED) state issued cats, being you’re no longer aloud to by aftermarkets…
we got to smog our cars, we get state reffed, we get pulled over for dumb shit, and we get tickets for evrything. We still got strait pipes on dailly drivers and we just change the the name on the title for reffs. We Run LA!!! f#*ck the Police!
MAn it must suck to get tested. I live in Illinois (Kendall County) and part of us have to test but i live in a new subdivision in the country and no testing for us EVER!!! Headers, no cats and str8 pipes FTW!!!
